Dialogue 6 – Chores
Dialogue 6: Chores
Mom: Kids, it’s time to do our chores.
Ivy: My room is already clean.
Mom: Did you make your bed?
Ivy: Yes, and my dirty clothes are in the hamper.
Mom: That’s great. Why don’t you vacuum the floors for me?
Ivy: Okay. Max should clean the bathroom.
Max: Eww, I don’t want to.
Mom: Actually Max, after you clean your room, I need you to take out the trash and pick up all your toys in the living room.
Max: Fine, but I’m not cleaning the bathroom.
Mom: Eve will clean the bathroom. I’ll work on cleaning the kitchen, and after Ivy vacuums the floors, I will mop.
Ivy: Let’s work hard guys; then we can go jump on the trampoline.
Mom: I’m going to bake cookies too, and your friends are coming over for a play date this afternoon.
Max: Cool, I wanna show Jake my new Lego set.
Mom: All right guys, let’s get to work.
