7 ways to say It’s cold outside – Weather Expressions

Today I had to put on my winter coat when I went out for my morning walk. It was so cold, 4 degrees to be exact. I thought it would be a great chance to teach you some ways to say it’s cold.

1. It’s crisp.
2. It’s frigid
3. It’s chilly out there.
4. It’s icy out there.
5. We’re having a cold snap.
6. It’s freezing.
7. It’s like the dead of winter out there.

Is it freezing right now where you are? What’s the temperature? Feel free to let me know in the comments. I always love hearing from you.
