Dialogue: Scheduling a Dentist Appointment
Receptionist: Westview Dentistry. How can I help you?
Mary: I need to get my teeth cleaned.
Receptionist: Have you been here before?
Mary: Not yet. It will be my first time.
Receptionist: No problem. I will send you some forms online so you won’t have to wait in line when you come. What’s your email?
Mary: Okay, I can fill them out today. It’s [email protected]
Receptionist: Perfect. Are you able to come next Tuesday at 10 or Thursday at 3?
Mary: Let me check. It appears that I have Tuesday off work.
Receptionist: Perfect. Be sure to complete the forms, every page, and I will see you then.
Mary: Thank you.
Receptionist: Do you have any other questions? Mary: I don’t think so.
Receptionist: Okay, well have a great day! Mary: Thanks, you too!
