Let’s talk shoes, in English:

 

New shoes = brand new shoes;

Worn shoes = well worn; broken in;

“this is already tied so I’m going to untie my shoe”;

“these are the laces of the shoe…”;

“opening it up this is the tongue“;

“I’m going to put on my shoe”;

“I’m going to tie it“;

“this part of the shoe is called the sole of the shoe”;

Shoes without laces are called: slip-on shoes; slip-ons.

Some shoes have Velcro;
