(a) request the refund within 15 days of the purchase date.
(b) completed more than 20% of the course/workshop.
(c) Give a reasonable reason for requesting the refund.
(d) Delete any free PDF’s, e-pubs or e-books included in the offer.
The customer will instantly lose lifetime access to all resources, freebies and assets offered within the course.
A customer must request the refund within the 15 day window and will not be eligible for a refund beyond this deadline.
