If a customer is unsatisfied with the Course/Workshop/Challenge advertising the money-back guarantee, a customer can request a refund within 15 days of the purchase date and receive a refund of 100% of the fees paid to Company. In order to qualify for this refund, Customer must:
(a) request the refund within 15 days of the purchase date.
(b) completed more than 20% of the course/workshop.
(c) Give a reasonable reason for requesting the refund.
(d) Delete any free PDF’s, e-pubs or e-books included in the offer.
The customer will instantly lose lifetime access to all resources, freebies and assets offered within the course.
A customer must request the refund within the 15 day window and will not be eligible for a refund beyond this deadline.
