Kitchen Vocabulary

 

How much of this kitchen vocabulary do you know?

I am preparing a quick salad for lunch.

we’re trying to eat healthier

I have already massaged my kale

and then  I’m going to add some cherry tomatoes.

I already had cut up cucumber in the fridge.

so I’m going to add that

I’m going to add some carrots as well.

I like to sprinkle it on.

I need to cut up some bell pepper

This is red bell pepper

My counter is granite, so I can cut right on it.

I don’t need a cutting board.

These are alfalfa sprouts.

I had already sauteed mushrooms.

I just need to get a spatula.

and throw some on.

I love sauteed mushrooms.

Raw walnuts too

I’m going to do a small handful of those

Mmmm, this is gonna be so good

Add a little salt.

Grind a little pepper.

I’m going to grate a little bit of cheese as well.

Drizzle some olive oil.

Grab a fork, grab my plate.

And I’m actually going to eat this outside today

because it is a beautiful Fall day.
